Who we are
Emedianet Inc. is a Québec software development company. This policy covers the emedianet.com website. The Indivia app has its own policy: indivia.app/privacy.
What we collect
Only what you choose to write to us. The contact form sends nothing to our server: it prepares an email in your own email app, and you decide whether to send it. We then receive your name, your email address, your company’s name, the type of need and your message, if you wrote them.
The site uses no cookies, no trackers, no analytics and no ads. The fonts come from our own server, so your visit is not shared with any other company. Our web server keeps no log of visits.
Why, and for how long
We use your email only to answer you and to discuss the project you describe. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
We keep a conversation as long as it is useful to the project. A conversation that led to no engagement is deleted at the latest two years after the last message.
Where your information is kept
The website is hosted on our server in Beauharnois, Québec. Emails are kept in our business email service, which may store them outside Québec. Only the person in charge named below can read them.
Your rights
- Know what information we hold about you and get a copy
- Have it corrected
- Ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent
- Complain to Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information if you are not satisfied with our answer
